Through the cards that are related to the house keeping, which guests are given upon arrival to the hotel, guests will have opportunities to reflect the hotel. This refers to unnecessary laundry, hygiene violations, and therefore the pollution of water and the vulnerability of nature through the waste water discharged by the hotel will be reduced.
