Kovacica is a village in Banat, part of the Vojvodina, northern part of Serbia. Known for its tradition of the Slovak population, Kovacica became one of the most interesting villages in Serbia.Although this village nationally diverse, Slovak culture is characteristic of this region, which is developed through history and has become a symbol of this village. Culture, traditions and way of life of Slovaks, in addition to churches, cultural institutions, are just some reasons why you should visit this village with us and absorb its charm.

Day 1 - (Friday) Belgrade-Kovačica (LD) (62 km)

You will be transferred from Belgrade Airport to Kovačica Village and then check in the accommodation in the house of local people. Lunch is in the host house. Then, you will enjoy the visit to the gallery in Kovačica - Kovačica Gallery and Gallery Babka. Gallery Kovačica is the place of the presentation of Slovak artists of naive art, by which the Slovaks in Vojvodina are famous all around the world. The most ethno-center in the Kovačica is Gallery Babka, who works on the principle of UNESCO Living Human Tresure, which represents living treasures including free generational transfer of knowledge and skills in creating artistic objects and souvenirs. In this gallery you can buy souvenirs and art works of the artists of naive art, which will enrich your collection for more on the work of art. Traditional Slovak lunch is in the host house. Then you enjoy free time and dinner in one of the restaurants where you can enjoy Slovakian traditional specialties and Slovak ethno music. After that, you have an overnight stay.

Day 2 - (Saturday) Kovačica (BLD)

You have breakfast and then see the handmade violin in the old violin workshop of Jan Nemček and active participation in the easier processing of making violin. Then you will departure to Alaš, a village near Kovačice with locals to visit Dolap-old wells from which water is extracted previously with animal power. Lunch is on Banatski Farm, where is breeding of domestic animals and making wine by host of the farm. Return to Kovačica and have dinner. After dinner, the evening will be organized in the enjoyment in the national dance of Slovak folklore.

Day 3 - (Sunday) Kovačica-Belgrade (B) (50 km)

You have breakfast and After that you departure to Belgrade Airport. That's the end of the program.
