This nature friendly hostel is located in preserved area just across Great Military Island. This island is a habitat of numerous bird species like Pygmy Cormorant, Night and Gray Heron, Little Egret, Mallard, Pochard, Black-headed and Yellow-legged Gull.

The hostel has suceeded in adapting in this natural environment in which it is located. Engines with low noise, quiet music, water filters and other adaptations are in place to protect this natural resort. Left overs of organic made food in this hostel is used for feeding fish and birds, so in some way it helps in preserving wildlife near the city center.
